Employee leasing is the loan of an employee from a temporary employment agency. In this case, there is a tripartite relationship: temporary employee – temporary employment agency – user employer. In the case of temporary work, the employer-user has no personnel obligations related to the employment of a given employee, does not have to keep personal documentation or refer such an employee to medical examinations. The rules of employing an employee are defined in an agreement between the user employer and the agency. The provisions of the Act on Temporary Workers indicate the minimum requirements in this respect. The user employer may also assume more obligations towards the temporary employee, e.g. in the field of health and safety.
