  • From our point of view – formality – because already during the meeting we discuss the most important points, and signing the contract is only the culmination of the talks.<\/li>
  • SUBMISSION OF AN ORDER AND RECRUITMENT<\/li>
  • From then on, the ball is on our side, and the entire recruiting machine starts. Our coordinators will be in constant contact with you to inform about the progress.<\/li>
  • EMPLOYEE IMPLEMENTATION<\/li>
  • Before the implementation of the employee (s), our operational coordinator checks the issues of residence, transport and life in the place where our partners will work.<\/li>
  • CONTRACT HANDLING<\/li>
  • From the moment the employees are referred to our new partner’s company, the process of customer and employee care begins. We do not leave anything to chance, we want to know about everything, which is why we are available 24\/7 for both the employer and the employee.<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    The referral program is very simple<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
    • Contact us via the form or by phone<\/li>
    • After talking to our consultant, you will receive a message (e-mail or text message) confirming the recommendation<\/li>
    • If we manage to establish cooperation with the recommended employer – you will be rewarded<\/li>
    • If we do not sign a contract in the course of negotiations – we will inform you about it, and if we finalize the contract within 6 months from your recommendation, we will pay you the remuneration due anyway<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n
